The basics of this diet are super simple so let’s get right to it!

Lose up to 27 pounds in a month with Brazilian Diet:

You can eat 4 to 5 times a day, basic groceries are mainly vegetables and fruits. Below you will find the weight loss program, meal plans for weight loss for every day.

Monday

  • Breakfast: 1 orange, 1 banana, 1 cup orange juice
  • Snack: 1 cup orange juice, 1 small piece of toast
  • Lunch: 100 g boiled fish, 100 grams of salad (raw vegetables)
  • Dinner: Same as lunch
  • Before going to bed: 1 cup orange juice, 1 small piece of toast

Tuesday

  • Breakfast: 1 soft boiled egg, 1 cup apple juice
  • Snack: 1 small toast, 1 cup apple juice
  • Lunch: 100 grams of cooked meat, 2 boiled potatoes, 4 lettuce leaves
  • Dinner: 200 grams of boiled fish, 1 hardboiled egg, lettuce, green peas (fresh recommended)
  • Before going to bed: 1 cup apple juice, 1 toast

Wednesday

  • Breakfast: 1 cup free fat milk, 1 toast
  • Snack: 100 grams of skimmed cheese
  • Lunch: 100 grams of rice, 150 grams of fresh cabbage salad with a dressing of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon finely chopped parsley
  • Dinner: 100 grams of cooked meat, 1 apple, 4 lettuce leaves
  • Before going to bed: 1 cup apple juice, 1 slice of toast

Thursday

  • Breakfast: 1 cup pineapple juice, a piece of pineapple
  • Snack: 1 cup pineapple juice, 1 toast
  • Lunch: 100 grams of cooked meat, 1 slice of young cheese, 1 orange
  • Dinner: 2 boiled potatoes, 150 grams of fresh carrot salad with olive oil
  • Before going to bed: 1 cup pineapple juice, 1 slice of toast

Friday

  • Breakfast: 1 cup apple juice, 1 toast
  • Snack: 1 apple, 1 orange
  • Lunch: 150 grams of cooked meat, 2 small boiled carrots
  • Dinner: 1 bowl of vegetable soup (freshly cooked vegetables recommended) and a small piece of whole-grain bread
  • Before going to bed: 1 cup orange juice, 1 slice of toast clogs

Saturday

  • Breakfast: 1 cup apple juice, 1 toast
  • Snack: 150 grams of cooked beets and garnished with a little vegetable oil
  • Lunch: 1 bowl of vegetable soup and a small piece of whole-grain bread
  • Dinner: 100 grams of fried mushrooms and 100 grams of raw vegetable salad
  • Before going to bed: 1 cup orange juice, 2 fresh cookies

Sunday

  • Breakfast: 1 banana, 2 handfuls of raisins
  • Snack: 1 cup carrot juice, 1 small piece of toast
  • Lunch: 100 grams of cooked meat, 100 grams of salad from fresh cabbage, little young garlic and the juice of one lemon
  • Dinner: 1 bowl of vegetable soup or stew of mushrooms, 100 grams of fruit, 4 lettuce leaves

Before going to bed:

1 cup apple juice, 2 dried figs

Finally about Brazilian Diet

You can repeat the diet as needed, usually, around four weeks is optimal, but usually no longer. Then go back to your “normal” food increasing the quantity of fruit you eat and also daily vegetables in your menu, especially try to eat more protein-rich foods too.


As you can see, this diet is rich in fruits and vegetables so you body will be getting plenty of good macro and micronutrients every day.

Also, the distribution of meals is that you should not be hungry, nor have fluctuations in blood sugar levels.

Physical Activity During the Diet:

Recommended daily moderate activity and 30 minutes of walking, cycling or swimming.
