Honey with Houseleek (Semperivivum tectorum)
Take 6 tablespoons of a finely chopped houseleek and put it in a jar with 1 pound of honey. Then add:
- The juice of 1 lemon
- 10 cloves
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- half a teaspoon of turmeric
- a little grated nutmeg
Mix with a wooden spoon and then close the jar well, let it stay for 24 hours at room temperature. From this mixture, adults should take one tablespoon three times daily, and children one teaspoon 2 times per day.
Wine with sage for vitality and immune system boost
- 100 grams of sage
- 4-5 cloves, a little cinnamon
- a little nutmeg
- 10 grains of coriander seeds
- 2 tablespoons honey a jar with 1 liter of red wine
Close it good and leave it to steep for 10 days at room temperature with occasional mixing. After the 10 days filter the mixture and drink 100 ml before lunch and before dinner.
On your cooker heat 500 milliliters of water. Immediately prior to boiling reduce the temperature and put in 2 tablespoons fruit tea (cranberry and the briar are the best, but strong colored fruits are also good too!). Leave it to simmer 4 minutes.
After that, remove it from the cooker and allow it to cool down until it’s lukewarm, and then filter it.
From this tea drink all amounts throughout the day.
